    Happy Thursday readers! Back in September, OfficeMax ran a wonderful promotion where if you had bought any two $50 MasterCard gift cards, you would automatically get $10 off. That effectively neutralized the +$4.95 activation fee for each of the cards, and made you a dime richer. This deal only lasted for a week, but it was a gold mine opportunity for those of us with Chase Ink cards where we earn 5x points per dollar we spend at office supply stores.     A fellow miles enthusiast and friend, Ray, tipped me off earlier this week that OfficeMax is running a special promotion for this week (ends the end of tomorrow, Sept 8th) where you receive $10 off every two (2) $50 Visa or Mastercard prepaid gift cards that you purchase.
